Fully remote
Work from any city in Türkiye. No office requirement; monthly team meet-up (travel + lodging covered by Karum).
Hybrid Istanbul
Two days a week at Levent office (Tue + Thu), the rest remote. Ideal for customer-facing teams and designers.

Karum mobile panel + storefront SDK — Capacitor, Vue, iOS/Android native bridges. App Store + Play Store release owner.
DevOps Engineer
PM2, systemd, PostgreSQL replication, Redis, Caddy. Native-first stack (no Docker). Deploy + monitoring + capacity planning.
Site Reliability Engineer
99.997% uptime target. Pager rotation (2 people weekly), post-mortem culture, chaos engineering experiments.
Senior Product Manager
Product leadership for one of OMS, inventory or marketplace modules. Customer interviews + spec writing + go-to-market.
Senior UX/Product Designer
Panel and storefront design. Figma → code, iterate together. No-code panel discipline is non-negotiable.
UX Researcher
5 customer interviews per week, 1 usability test per month. Own the finding → spec → release loop.
Enterprise Account Executive
Full-stack sales for ₺50M+ revenue brands. Demo + POC + contract alongside sales engineer.
SMB Account Executive
30+ new SMB stores per month. Inbound + outbound, demo + closing. CRM discipline required.
Channel Partner Manager
Karum partner ecosystem (agency + integrator) lead. Co-sell, training, certification program owner.
Customer Success Manager
50+ brands in your book. QBR (quarterly business review), renewal, upsell. Target: net retention 118%+.
